摘要 地铁施工人员的不安全行为是地铁施工事故发生的直接因素,但施工人员的安全能力之间存在差异。为科学评价地铁质构施工人员的安全能力,基于模糊信号检测理论,针对2个指标———辨别力指标α(衡量施工人员对于危险状态与安全状态之间区别的敏感性)和反应倾向性指标β(衡量施工人员判断过程中所采用的策略)对施工人员安全能力进行了定量评价。并以地铁盾构施工人员为例,设计调查问卷,利用模糊信号检测理论对施工人员的安全能力进行了评价,这对于有效提高施工人员安全能力从而避免事故的发生有重要意义。 Unsafe behaviors of construction workers lead to accidents immediately, and different construction workers have different safety competences. To scientifically assess the safety competence of metro construction workers, the two indicators, namely the discrimination index which measures the sensitivity of construction workers to safe and unsafe conditions, and the response bias which measures the strategy of construction workers during the determination process, were investigated based on fuzzy signal detection theory to assess the construction workers safety competence quantitatively. By questionnaire survey, the safety competence of one investigated shield metro construction worker was assessed using fuzzy signal detection theory, which has great significance in enhancing the construction workers safety competence and avoiding accidents.
