低成本轻质量的汽油机排气歧管的开发

摘要 介绍了一款1.4L排量的汽油机的排气歧管设计,在综合考虑到各个性能方面的要求外,尽可能地降低了零件质量,既节省了成本,又给整车油耗带来益处。通过对低成本、轻质量排气歧管开发的过程方法的介绍,能够指导工程师在基于同样目的下,完成类似零部件的设计,避免重复走弯路。 The development of an exhaust manifold for a 1.4L gasoline engine is introduced.Considering all the performance requirements,the weight of the exhaust manifold is controlled as light as possible,which brings lower cost and better fuel economy to vehicle.Through the introduction of the development of a low cost and light weight exhaust manifold,engineers can follow the similar process to fulfill the design of such king of parts and minimize iteration.
