摘要
生瓷带打孔机是LTCC多层基板制造必不可少的关键工艺装备。分析了生瓷带打孔机的功能,通过详细计算,提出了硬件控制系统的实施方案,采用了双电机同步控制结构、PID参数调试方法,绘制了控制框图和软件流程图。
The Green ceramic sheet punching is the key process equipment in LTCC multi-substract production.The function of punching is analyzed in this paper.The project of hardware controlling system is put forward by calculating in detail.It make use of the double motor synchronous structure and PID parameter adjustment.Hardware control figure and software flow chart is introduced.
