六方相MoO_3的制备及其光催化活性 被引量:9

摘要 采用低温水热法制备了六方相三氧化钼,利用XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TG等手段对产物进行了表征。煅烧350℃后六方相三氧化钼发生相变变为正交相,通过固体紫外-可见光谱测量两种物相样品的带隙能。以合成产物为光催化剂,研究其对亚甲基蓝染料的降解性能,六方相和正交相三氧化钼对亚甲基蓝的降解率分别为94.6%和81.2%,六方相光催化效果明显优于正交相。 Hexagonal phase MoO3 was synthesized by hydrothermal method at low temperature,which was characterized by XRD,SEM,FI-TR and TG.After calcined at 350 ℃,hexagonal MoO3 was changed to orthorhombic MoO3.UV-Vis spectral was used to measure band gap of the as-synthesized products.The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by degradation of methylene blue,the decolorization rates of methylene blue reached 94.6% and 81.2%,respectively.The result showed the photocatalytic activity of hexagonal MoO3 was better than orthorhombic MoO3.
