沉淀-水解法制备ZrO_2纳米微晶及其表征

摘要 运用沉淀-水解法在高温、高压条件下制备ZrO2纳米微晶,所制得的ZrO2纳米微晶利用X-射线衍射(XRD)测得为四方晶系,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测定其粒径为100 nm左右。 ZrO2 nanocrystals was prepared by the method of precipitation-hydrolisis,under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure.The characters of ZrO2 nanocrystal were investigated by the X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It was found that the ZrO2 nanocrystal was tetragonal at the size of 100 nm around.
