摘要
研究了用分光光度法测定水中总铁含量的分析方法。采用了二氮杂菲作显色剂、盐酸羟胺作还原剂,以工作曲线法测定水中总铁含量,且讨论了测定的最佳条件。结果表明,本法方便、快速、可靠,可应用于生活饮用水及其水源水的分析中。准确度、精密度也都符合分析要求。
Total iron content in water were studied by the phenanthroline spectrophotometric method.Using phenanthroline as colour reagent while hydrochloride hydrocarbon amine as reductant,working curve was used to determine the total iron content in water.The determination of the best conditions were also discussed.The result showed that this method was convenience,quick and reliable.It can be applied to analyze the drinking water and its source water.The accuracy and precision were both complied with the requirements of the analysis.
