罐壁的局部腐蚀会影响到油罐本体强度,形成安全隐患,严重时还会导致安全事故,局部腐蚀应得到足够的重视。针对常见的、典型的局部腐蚀—缝隙腐蚀,分析其腐蚀机理,寻找最优的维修方案,并从便于施工的角度,结合实际给出经济投入小的施工步骤。

For the oil tanks,the local corrosion on the shell affected the strength decreasing,causing a safety incipient fault,and lead to an accident when it was serious.Highly attention should be taken on.For the common and typical defect of local corrosion-gap corrosion,the corrosion mechanism was analyzed to find out the optimal maintenance program,and the process for easier to operation and less cost was proposed.
