根据人才培养目标,以服务地方经济为出发点,通过对重庆地方化学工业的现状及其对人才需求的分析,结合化工专业毕业生存在的问题,构建了凸显特色,突出创新能力和工程实践能力的化学工程与工艺的人才培养体系。

According to the personnel training objectives,to serve the local economy as the starting point,the local chemical industry in Chongqing and combined with the problems in chemical engineering graduate demand were analyzed.A cultivation system with prominent feature and outstanding innovation and engineering practice on Chemical Engineering and Technology specialty was built.
