摘要
以节能煅烧技术集成在回转窑上的应用为研究对象,通过对水泥煅烧装备大型化、高效低阻旋风预热器技术、预分解炉焚烧生活垃圾及节能与环保技术、高刚度窑体内衬技术、废气余热回收利用技术、大型回转窑智能控制技术等多项节能技术集成优化,对多项节能技术集成优化进行了二次创新,开发出新型水泥煅烧关键节能技术与装备。
Regarding the integrated application of energy-saving calcination technology to rotary kiln as the research subject,through integrated optimization of bigness of cement calcining equipments,cyclone preheater technology with higher efficiency lower resistance,energy-saving environmental protection technology of utilizing precalciner to burn rubbish,high rigidity kiln liner technology,recovery and utilization technology of the waste heat and intelligent control technology of large-scale rotary kiln,and based on 2nd creation of integrated optimization of these technologies,the key energy-saving technology equipments of large-scale cement calcination were developed.
