In the construction market,price risk and settlement difficulty in construction contracts are common issues that have had significant negative impacts on the growth and subsistence of contractors.Therefore,to prevent and reduce price and settlement risks,it is extremely important for the contractors to assess various risk factors,to avoid signing of the contracts terms where the price risk may exist,and to take effective measures during the construction process.In the present study,following analyses of price terms and potential causes of settlement difficulty,it proposes specific solutions and suggestions for prevention and reconciliation.
