摘要
研究一种制备高品质纳米白炭黑的方法,以蛇纹石石棉为原料,经过酸蚀处理后,制备纳米纤维白炭黑,采用X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析不同浓度下酸蚀的产物,研究不同酸浓度对产物的成分及微观形貌的影响。结果表明:蛇纹石石棉纤维表面存在大量的OH-,在酸性条件下,OH-易于与H+反应而导致Mg2+裸露,在H+足够的情况下,MgO也被完全溶出,残余固体是一种SiO2纯度很高的纳米纤维状物质,SiO2的质量分数为72.63%,而且在一定程度上继承了蛇纹石石棉的纤维状结构。
A method of producing silica nano-fibers was researched. The fibers were made fi'om chrysotile by acid pickling. By XRD and SEM, the micro-mechanism and component of the products were observed. The results showed that there were a plenty of OH- on the surface of chrysotile fibers. OH- was easily acted with W in acid, and then Mg^2+ was exposited. If the acid was superfluous, MgO was removed completely. The leaved solid was almost pure SiO: with mass fiaction of 72.63%, which was mainly silica nano-fibers. The silica nano-fibers had the same shape of chrysotile fibers.
