摘要 解剖一台实验室用HYB-0高速冲击式粉体表面改性机,利用CATIA软件的建模技术和运动仿真功能,实现高速冲击式粉体改性主机的三维建模、虚拟装配和运动仿真,着重讨论HYB主机主要部件的建模方法和虚拟装配方法。结果表明:虚拟装配的顺利完成验证了高速冲击式粉体改性主机所采用三维建模方法的正确性和所建模型尺寸的精确性,仿真结果能直观、准确地表达出该高速冲击式粉体改性主机的机械结构和运转情况。 The three dimensional entity modeling of an HYB-0 powder surface modification machine was discussed by the help of CATIA software. The three dimensional modeling method of the base parts of the machine was introduced in detail. The virtual assembling and the movement simulation of the three dimensional model in CATIA were also discussed in principle. The results showed that the success of virtual assembling verified that the three dimensional modeling method was correct and the model was precision. The simulation results reproduced the mechanical structure and the movement intuitively and accurately for the real size of HYB-0 hybridizer.
