烟气联合脱硫脱硝活性焦再生实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 选取一种用无烟煤制备的活性焦进行烟气联合脱硫脱硝(SO2和NO)实验,对两个不同再生终温下脱硫脱硝后的样品分别进行5次循环再生实验研究。结果表明:随着循环次数的增加,550℃再生终温下的样品脱硫和脱硝性能均先降低后升高;450℃再生终温下脱硫性能稍有降低,脱硝性能增加。对再生过程进行分析发现,SO2脱附比较完全,达到95%以上;5次再生后的样品碳反应量达到2.77~3.08 mg/g;NO在脱硫反应器中与SO2形成中间产物,导致NO脱除效率提高;NH3存在两个脱附峰:第1个脱附峰对应温度较低,以物理吸附的NH3脱附为主;第2个脱附峰对应温度较高,以(NH4)2SO4和NH4HSO4的分解为主。 The experimental study of combined removal of SO2 and NO by activated char that prepared based on anthracite coal was carried out.At two different regeneration temperatures,five times of regeneration experiments of used samples were done.The results show that desulfurization and denitrogenation properties of the samples that were regenerated at 550 ℃ decrease at first and then increase with increasing the number of cycles,but desulfurization properties decrease slightly and denitrogenation properties increase at 450 ℃.Analysis of the regeneration process shows that SO2 can be almost completely desorbed up to 95%.Carbon consumptions of the samples are 2.77~3.08 mg/g after five times of regeneration.The intermediate products formed by the reaction of NO and SO2 during desulfurization result in increasing NO removal efficiency.There are two peaks of NH3 desorption:one appears when NH3 of physical adsorption is desorbed easily at lower temperature,another one appears when(NH4)2SO4 and NH4HSO4 decompose at higher temperature.
