摘要
在喷淋吸收系统中对电石渣浆液吸收SO2进行了系统研究,研究结果表明:增加电石渣浓度和提高液气比均有利于SO2的吸收;烟气SO2浓度由3 160 mg/m3上升到14 489 mg/m3,系统脱硫率下降了28.60%;随体系pH值的增加,系统脱硫率升高,脱硫率可达94.70%;反应温度由20℃升到70℃时,脱硫率从85.39%降到55.76%。电石渣在酸性、中性及碱性环境中吸收去除SO2的机理不同。
Absorption SO2 in spray absorption tower by carbide slurry was studied.The experimental results show that increasing carbide slag concentration and ratio of liquid to gas are helpful to SO2 absorption.When the concentration of SO2 in flue gas rises from 3 160 mg/m3 to 14 489 mg/m3,its desulfurization rate drops 28.60%.Increasing pH desulfurization rate can reach 94.70%.Reaction temperature rises from 20 ℃ to 70 ℃,desulfurization rate drops from 85.39% to 55.76%.The reaction mechanisms of carbide slag absorption SO2 in acidic,neutral and alkaline conditions are different.
