低碱酸比煤灰在碳化硅质耐火板上的煅烧结渣特性 被引量:6

摘要 采用了扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、X射线衍射等方法对高温煅烧下酸性煤灰在SiC质耐火板上煅烧渣样进行了测试,并就渣样的形貌、渣样成分及与SiC质耐火板之间的高温煅烧结渣特性进行了分析。结果表明:高温煅烧下,低碱酸比煤灰的结渣难以破坏SiC质耐火板表层的SiO2保护膜,其在SiC质耐火板上灰渣的结晶度取决于煤灰本身受高温煅烧的影响。随着温度的升高,煤灰的结晶度呈指数下降趋势,特别是在接近始变形温度1 450℃处,结晶度降为21.08%。因此,高温煅烧下低碱酸比煤灰更加容易在SiC质耐火板上黏连结渣。 In order to study the thermodynamic activity of low alkailine-aild ratio coal ash slagging on carborundum-based liner,the slag samples of the statics high-temperature slagging experiments were investigated by Scanning Electronn Microscopy(SEM),Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the slagging samples' properties of morphology and the sintering characteristics between ash compositions and corundum-based refractory liner in different atmosphere were studied.The results show that the SiO2 protective film of the surface of SiC-based refractory liner can keep good stability during slagging process of low alkailine-aild ratio coal ash even in 1 400 ℃.The crystallinity of this ash slag on SiC-based refractory liner depends on itself thermodynamics action,and shows negative power function relationship to decrease with the increase of calcining temperature.Especially in 1 450 ℃ near the beginning deformation temperature,the crystallinity of the coal ash slag reduces to 21.08%.So it is easier for low alkailine-aild ratio ash to adhere with the surface of SiC-based refractory liner under high temperature calcinations.
