基于大煤块的液压冲击破碎装置特性研究 被引量:15

摘要 根据煤矿井下的作业特点,研究了一种能够解决大块煤炭运输堵塞问题的液压冲击破碎装置,分析了该破碎装置的机构组成和工作原理,利用功率键合图和Matlab软件对破碎装置击打煤块过程的动态特性进行了仿真分析。从仿真结果来看,由差动油缸和蓄能器组成的双重加速系统既提高了工作效率,又可得到比较大的冲击力;同时通过系统在不同流量下系统的动态特性仿真曲线对比,说明大流量有利于提高系统击打大块煤炭的末速度。研究表明,该液压冲击破碎装置为解决煤矿井下片帮大块煤在转载机入口处的堵塞问题提供了有效的方法。 According to coal mine work characteristic,studied one kind hydraulic impact crushing installment to be able to solve the question of the coal jamming,and analyzed composition and principle of work of the installment,carried on the simulation analysis for the dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic impact crushing installment's impacting process with the power band graph theory and the Matlab software.The simulation results show that the dual accelerating systems which is composed of differential motion cylinder and accumulator both raises the system's working efficiency,and may obtain the quite big impact.Simultaneously contrasted system's characteristic curve under different flow to explain the great flow be advantageous in enhances the system's impacting final velocity.The research indicates that hydraulic impact crushing installment provides the effective method to solve the large pieces of coal jamming in the scraper conveyor's entrance.
