摘要
介绍了LCR测量仪的工作原理及其阻抗测量的特点,分析了信号源输出阻抗、寄生分布参数对阻抗测量结果的影响,指出电容、电感测量中应注意的一些问题。
The principle of LCR meter and the features of impedance measurement are introduced.The impacts of the source signal output impedance and parasitic distributed parameters on the results of impedance measurement are analyzed.Some issues that should be considered in the measurement of capacitance and inductance are presented.
