微波对锯谷盗不同虫态的致死效应研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用G80F20CN2L-B8(SO)型微波炉调节其档位功率分别为160 W、320 W、480 W、640 W和800 W处理裸露的和混合于大米中锯谷盗Oryzaephilus surina-mensis(Linnaeus)的卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫。主要结果为:对于裸露的锯谷盗用上述功率各处理5 s、10 s、15 s、20 s、25 s和30 s时,480 W、25s可使幼虫和成虫完全致死,800W、30 s可以完全致死锯谷盗的4个虫态。对于混合于大米中的各虫态锯谷盗,用上述功率辐照20 s时,可以完全致死幼虫和成虫;单独使用800 W分别辐照5 s、10 s、15 s、20 s、25 s和30 s时,800 W、25 s可以完全致死各虫态。作为一种无公害的杀虫方法,微波辐照对锯谷盗杀虫效果显著。 Effect of microwave radiation generated from microwave oven on different stages of Oryzaephilus surinamensis(Linnaeus) was investigated,the insect samples were in two kinds: bare and mixed with rice.For the bare samples,the applied output powers were 160,320,480,640 and 800W,and the treating time were 5,10,15,20,25 and 30s.For the mixed with rice samples,the applied powers were 160,320,480,640 and 800 W,the treating time was 20s;when the power was 800W,the treating times were 5,10,15,20,25s and 30s.The results showed that adults and larvae were all killed under 480W and 25s treatment,the 100% death was achieved under 800W and 30s treatment for all stages of Oryzaephilus surinamensis(Linnaeus).Under the power of 800W and 25s treatment,all insects mixed with rice were killed.As a harmless controlling method,microwave treatement could effectively kill Oryzaephilus surinamensis(Linnaeus).
