新时期我国粮食行业结构优化问题研究

THE STRUCTURE OPTIMIZATION OF CHINA FOOD INDUSTRY IN THE NEW ERA

粮食流通的特点和粮食商品自身的特性,要求必须具有与之相适应的行业结构,以保障粮食流通各环节的顺利对接。粮食行业结构优化与否,并不仅仅涉及粮食流通自身的问题,它与粮食生产的发展和粮食消费保障之间也存在着密切的联系。对我国粮食行业结构现状进行了分析,指出了现行不合理的粮食行业结构对粮食商品流通产生的不利影响,在此基础上就新时期如何进一步优化粮食行业结构,保障国家粮食安全提出了具体的建议。

The characteristics of food circulation and the traits of food as a commodity require a matching industry structure to ensure a smooth connection of all the links in food circulation.The level of optimization in the structure of the food industry not only involves the food circulation process,but is of close relevance to the development of food production and the guarantee of food consumption as well.This paper analyzes the status quo of China food industry structure,points out the adverse impact of the current food industry structure on the food circulation,and puts forward lots of practical suggestions to further optimize the food industry structure and guarantee China food security.
