摘要
使用4种不同的风机组合方式,对通风前后的降温效果,水分损失情况及能耗情况进行对比分析,结合华南地区气候特点,对高大浅圆仓通风性能进行探索。结果表明:1.1 kW轴流风机不能够满足高大浅圆仓冬季通风降温的需要;5.5 kW小功率离心风机的降温效果优于22 kW大功率离心风机;但从华南地区气候特点考虑,大功率离心风机在高大浅圆仓冬季通风降温上存在一定的优越性。
The effect of lowering temperature,moisture content loss and energy consumption was contrasted and analyzed after using four different kinds of fans combination.In combination with the climate characters in South China,the ventilation capability in lofty squat silos was also investigated.The results showed that 1.1 kW axial fan could not meet the requirements of ventilation and lowering temperature in lofty squat silos in winter,5.5 kW axial fan had more excellent effects of lowering temperature than 22 kW axial fan.However,based on the climate characteristic in South China,high power of axial fan usually has many advantages to some extent for ventilation and lowering temperature in lofty squat silos in winter.
