摘要
本文通过国内外高速铁路最大坡度使用情况以及我国目前动车组性能的对比分析,探讨了最大坡度与运行时间、动车组能耗、工程风险、工程投资的关系,同时建议:随着我国高速动车组性能的不断提高,在经过充分的理论研究和实验检验后,适时完整修改相关条款,并容许部分地段突破最大坡度30‰的限制,以适应我国地域差异巨大的特点。
Through comparative analysis of the maximum slope application on high-speed railway both at home and abroad as well as the performance of the present-day motor train unit in our country,this paper discusses the relationship between maximum slope and running time on it,energy consumption of motor train unit,engineering risk and engineering investment and proposes that:with the performance improvement of our high-speed motor train units,and based on thorough study and practice,some clauses in our design code should be modified accordingly,and the restriction on 30‰ maximum slope should be removed according to the concrete condition.
