介绍了企业员工心理现状和心理"亚健康"状态的产生原因,认为企业要通过心理疏导缓解职工工作生活压力,指出心理疏导是企业关注职工身心健康的重要手段,并提出了开展职工心理疏导的具体对策措施。
The causes of the psychological status and psychological sub-health of enterprise employees are introduced and it is necessary for enterprises to do psychological counseling work to alleviate enterprise employees' work and life stress.The opinion that psychological counseling is an important means for enterprises paying attention to employees' physical and mental health is pointed out,with some concrete countermeasures for conducting employees' psychological counseling presented.
