对21世纪初我国航天发展战略的思考

Thought of Space Strategy for Our Country in Early 21st Century

２１世纪初，我国国民经济和国防建设对航天领域发展提出了更加迫切和广泛的要求，在经费投入不可能大幅度增加的情况下，我国航天的发展要从国情出发，制定正确发展战略和处理好各方面的关系。

The national economy and defense will put forward moreurgent and exte nsive re- quirements in early 21st century. There is alrge distance between the lever of space technolo- gy and these requirements in our country. there is not large increasement of investment in early 21st century. The space development must make a correct strategy and deal prorerly with relations in all aspects based on the real situation of our country.
