五环三萜类柴胡皂苷单体抗耐红霉素金黄色葡萄球菌活性研究 被引量:3

Effect of monomers of pentaeyclic triterpennoids of saikosaponines from Bupleurum kunmingense against erythromycin-resistant staphylococcus aureus

摘要 目的探讨柴胡抗菌有效成分五环三萜类活性单体Bp3的抗耐红霉素金黄色葡萄球菌(ERSA)作用及其与红霉素的协同作用。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化委员会标准,测定Bp3对20株ERSA的最低抑菌浓度值(MIC)及其与红霉素的协同作用。结果 Bp3对ERSA的抑菌作用优于红霉素,且联合用药时显著减少了每一药物的MIC。20株耐红霉素黄色葡萄球菌均表现为协同或相加作用方式。结论结构明确的五环三萜类单体Bp3对ERSA有一定的抑制作用,且与红霉素有协同或相加作用。 Objective To discuss the antimicrobial activity of monomers named pentaeyclic triterpennoids(Bp3).Methods According to the Standard of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory(NCCLS),the minimal inhibi-tory concentrations(MIC) of Bp3 on 20 erythromycin-resistance staphylococcus aureus(ERSA) and its effects with erythromycin detected by microdilution method and checkerboard microdilution method.Results The inhibitory ef-fect of Bp3 on ERSA was better than erythromycin.When Bp3 and erythromycin were given in combination,MIC significantly reduced.Conclusions Bp3 can inhibit ERSA to some extent,and the combination effect of Bp3 and er-ythromycin is better.
