介绍了现代战争对航天侦察的需求，重点论述了侦察卫星的４个军事衡量指标对现代战争的影响，指出了航天侦察的战术对策。
This paper introduces the demand of the modern war on the space reconnaissance. It emphatically discusses the influence of the reconnaissance satellite to the modern war. The countermeasure to the space reconnaissance was brought up lastly.
