摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析和比较研究等方法,总结出产业集群的定义、效应和特征。对西方发达国家的两个体育产业集群案例进行了深刻的剖析,指出了它们的成功经验。总结了建构产业集群的先天优势,认为以"龙头"企业为核心、以中心城市为支点、以国际知名品牌企业进入为契机等是建构东北冰雪体育旅游产业集群的战略路径,旨在为促进东北冰雪体育旅游产业的发展和提高东北区域竞争力提供有益的借鉴。
Using literature review,logic analysis and comparison research,the author summarized the definition,effects and features of industrial cluster.Taking two western sports industry clusters in developed countries as the case,the article made a profound analysis,pointed out their successful experience and summarized the congenital superiority for construction of industrial clusters.Strategic path for constructing northeast ice-snow sports tourism industry cluster should be taken leading enterprises as the core,the center city as the fulcrum and international famous brand enterprise enters as an opportunity to offer beneficial reference for promoting the northeast ice-snow sports tourism industry development and improving the northeast regional competitiveness.
