摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法,通过解读十二届全运会新规程内涵,分析新规程对东道主带来的利弊影响,进而提出积极的应对策略。研究结果表明新规程对辽宁代表团在十二届全运会上取得佳绩带来不小难度。营造良好的外部夺金环境、加大对奥运冠军的培养力度、夯实东道主竞技实力水平、高效利用竞赛规程是东道主应对新规程变化,减小损失的有效策略。
By means of documentary review,logic analysis and mathematical statistics,the authors try to interpret the connotations of the new regulations of the 12th National Games of PRC and analyse the pros and cons the new regulations could bring to the host city of Liaoning Province.And then they put forward some active counterstrategies.The research shows that the new regulations will erect some barriers to keep the host city from getting excellent performance and that in order to cope with the new regulations and reduce the loss,it can be effective strategies for the host city to create good extra-surroundings to win the gold medals,to cultivate the Olympic champions further,to improve the competitive ability of the host city and to utilize the game rules efficiently.
