用于实现LTCC双平衡星型混频器的宽带巴伦设计

摘要 文章介绍了用于实现LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic,低温共烧陶瓷)双平衡星型混频器的宽带巴伦设计。该巴伦是基于LTCC技术设计的多层结构巴伦,由2个相同的Marchand巴伦组成,采用宽边耦合线结构,提高了耦合系数,从而增加了巴伦的带宽。设计的巴伦在5.575~6.775 GHz的频率范围内,其幅度不平衡度小于0.1 dB,带内相位差为180±6°,可应用于C频段LTCC双平衡星型混频器。 A broadband balun duplex balance star mixer based on LTCC ( Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) technology is proposed in this paper. The multi-layer ceramic balun using Boardside Coupling Stripline structure is consisted of two identical Marchand baluns, of which the coupling coefficient is improved and the bandwidth is increased. The balun shows the amplitude imbalance within 0. ldB , the phase imbalance within 180±6°over 5. 575 to 6. 775 GHz, and can be applied to C-band LTCC duplex balance star mixer.
