指导大学生开展科研课题的探索

Guide roles of the instructor for undergraduate student research training

设立大学生科研课题基金,指导大学生开展课题研究,对大学生综合素质的培养、创新和攻坚能力的提高具有十分重要的意义。但是目前的大学生缺乏系统的科研训练,必须在导师的正确引导下才能较好地完成课题任务,达到科研训练的目的。因此,导师的指导作用非常重要,就近年来指导大学生科学研究的实践和体会,结合院系的导师制,系统地总结了进行科研指导的方式与方法,同时提出了大学生在科研活动中仍然存在及需注意的问题,为以后更好地完成课题指导提供了必要的参考。

In order to develop comprehensive quality of undergaduate students and enhance their innovation and tackling ability,the fund of undergraduate student research training was set up for students carrying out research projects.However,as lack of systematic research training for undergraduate students,they need the guidance of instructors for completing the research task smoothly,in order to achieve the purpose of scientific research and training.All of these imply the guidance of instructors is very important during this training.Based on the guidance of our school tutorial system and the practice and experience of authors＇ guidances in recent several years,the present article systematically summarized the ways and means of scientific guidance,and then proposed some problems,which is still in existence and needed to be paid attention to in research activities during undergraduate student research training,in order to provide some necessary references to better complete the research guidance in the future.
