In the worldwide financial crisis,the employment problem of college and university graduates in our country is becoming increasingly severe,among which the problem of female students seems even more serious.The same is true of the three colleges in Cangzhou city.Some feasible strategies are offered after analyzing the causes for the employment problems of the female students at the three colleges.
