南昌市新区计划免疫工作现状与对策探讨

Current situation and countermeasure of program on immunization in new district of Nanchang

目的了解南昌市新区计划免疫工作现状及影响因素,探讨新区公共卫生体系建设模式,进一步完善新区计划免疫管理措施。方法对新区计划免疫工作情况进行一次全面综合调查。结果新区领导对计划免疫工作不够重视,新区卫生机构不健全,专业人员少,业务素质低,适龄儿童建卡率为81.7%,建证率为77.2%,按免疫程序完成全程接种的占66.8%。结论为做好计划免疫工作,各级政府应重视新区公共卫生体系建设,健全公共卫生机构,加强基层防保力量,提高疫苗接种率,控制计划免疫相关传染病的发生,以利于新区持续发展。

Objective To understand the current situation and impact factors of program on immunization in new district,and explore the public health system construction pattern,and further improved the management measures.Method Carrying out comprehensive investigation to immunization program.Results Through the investigation,we found that the leaders of new district did not pay enough attention to the immunization program,the health institutions imperfect,there were no enough professionals and low quality.Card establishing rate of school-age children was 81.7%,building permits rate was 77.2%,and the people accomplished full vaccination immunization program accounted for 66.8%.Conclusions In order to make a good job in program on immunization,the governments at all levels should attach great importance to public health system construction,perfect public health institutions,strengthen grass-roots prevention force,improve vaccination rate,and control of EPI-related infectious diseases occurrence,all of these would help new area development.
