河北省世行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目实施效果评析

Analysis on implementation effect of WB/DFID TB control project in Hebei province

目的评价分析2002-2009年河北省世行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目实施8年的效果。方法根据全省结核病报表和考评资料,分析结核病人发现及治疗管理效果。结果项目实施期间,共发现涂阳病人204 063例,涂阳肺结核病人的登记率由17.22/10万上升到38.99/10万,初治涂阳肺结核病人治愈率由82.6%上升到96.8%。结论项目实施取得了显著成效,达到高发现率和治愈率的目标,促进了全省结核病控制工作可持续发展。

Objective To evaluate the implementation effect of world bank loan TB control project in Hebei province in the past 8 years.Method According to tuberculosis report and check and evaluate data,analyzing the management effectiveness of TB treatment and finding.Results During the period of project implementation,there were 204 063 smear-positive patients.The registration rate of smear positive TB patients rose from 17.22/100 000 to 38.99/100 000,and the cure rate of first treated smear-positive TB patients rose from 82.6% to 96.8%.Conclusions Implementation the project had achieved remarkable success,reached the target of high discovery rate and high cure rate,and promoted the sustainable development of the Tuberculosis control in whole province.
