摘要
目的了解我区养老院传染病管理、消毒现状。方法问卷、现场检查。结果传染病管理制度不全、措施不落实、消毒不规范,有内设医疗机构的养老院,一次性医疗废弃物处置不符合有关规定。结论应制订养老院传染病管理制度、消毒管理办法,规范养老院日常性管理,防制传染病或院内感染暴发流行。
Objective To understand the management and disinfection status of disinfect diseases in nursing home in Changning district.Method Adopting the methods of questionnaires and on-the-spot inspections.Results Disinfect diseases management system was incomplete,measures were not implement,disinfection was not standard,disposing of disposable medical waste of medical institutions in the nursing home did not meet the related regulations.Conclusions Nursing home should make disinfect diseases management system,disinfection management methods,standardized daily administration in order to prevention and control infection diseases or nosocomial infection outbreak.
