家庭干预模式在肺结核防治中的应用

Family intervention model application in tuberculosis prevention

目的加强肺结核患者家庭成员对肺结核防治的督导作用,提高肺结核防治效果。方法开展对肺结核患者及其家庭成员肺结核防治相关知识的健康教育。结果通过肺结核患者及其家庭成员对肺结核患者的有效督导,肺结核临床治愈率明显提高。结论肺结核防治家庭干预模式能够辅助DOTS,有效加强肺结核防治效果。

Objective To strengthen the supervisor work of TB family members to prevention and control tuberculosis,thus improve TB control effect.Method Carrying out health education of tuberculosis prevention knowledge to tuberculosis patients and their family members.Results Through effective supervision of tuberculosis patients and family members to patients,tuberculosis clinical cure rate obviously improved.Conclusions Tuberculosis family intervention model can assist the DOTS,effective strengthen TB control effects.
