摘要
用乙醇对竹荪、地肤子、鱼腥草和藜蒿4种植物进行浸提,以在提取液作用下的大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌和副溶血性弧菌的抑菌圈直径为指标,用牛津杯双层平板法检验4种植物醇提物的抑菌效果;采用L9(34)正交试验方法以大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为指标优化4种提取液复配比。结果表明,竹荪、地肤子、鱼腥草和藜蒿对5种供试菌均具有较好的抑菌效果;竹荪、地肤子、鱼腥草和藜蒿提取液对大肠杆菌的最佳复配比为43::6:3,此时抑菌圈达25.36 mm。
The oxford cup double-plate method is used in 5 species of Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus,to detect the antibacterial activity of ethanol extractions from Dictyophora indusiata,Kochia scoparia,Houttuynia cordata and Artemisia selengensis Turcz on each species.The results show that ethanol extractions from four kinds of raw materials have good antibacterial effect to five tested strains;the optimal complex ratio is 4:6:6:3 of D.indusiata,K.scoparia,H.cordata and A.selengensis by orthogonal experiments.The inhibition zone of E.coli is 25.36 mm in such a complex condition.
