摘要
文章合成了表面修饰磺化壳聚糖的新型氧化铁磁性纳米颗粒(HSO3-CS-DMSA@MNPS),并考察了该纳米颗粒富集儿茶酚胺类神经递质的效率,并筛选洗脱剂和优化洗脱条件.该纳米颗粒对去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素和多巴胺的富集率分别为97.3±3.1%、95.2±2.7%和93.9±4.3%;以60%:40%(体积比)的甲醇水溶液(pH=3.0)为洗脱剂,洗脱效率分别为63.6±7.1%4、8.2±5.0%和54.2±6.7%.
In the present study,a novel magnetic nanoparticle coated with sulfonated complex(HSO3-CS-DMSA) of meso-2,3-dimercaptosuccinic acid(DMSA) and chitosan(CS) was synthesized.The conjugation of catecholamines(CAs) on the nanoparticle was investigated and the elution reagent for catecholamines was screened.CAs' conjugation efficiency on the magnetic nanoparticles was 97.3±3.1 % for norepinephrine,95.2±2.7 % for epinephrine and 93.9±4.3 % for dopamine.When being washed with 60%(V: V) methanol-water mixtures(pH=3.0),the elution efficiency was 63.6±7.1% for norepinephrine,48.2±5.0% for epinephrine and 54.2±6.7 % for dopamine.
