拟南芥β-淀粉酶家族基因密码子使用特性分析

摘要 该研究分析了拟南芥9个β-淀粉酶家族基因(BAM1―BAM9)在cDNA和蛋白质上的同源性,分析了每个基因反映密码子使用特性的参数:GC含量、同义密码子第1~3位置中的GC含量、有效密码子数等.结果表明,拟南芥β-淀粉酶家族基因在密码子的使用特性上不存在的偏好性.Spss分析表明,ENc与GC3s%和GC%呈显著正相关(P<0.05).拟南芥β-淀粉酶家族基因序列间的同源性差异较大,在cDNA和蛋白质序列上的基因同源性分别为41.6%~64.2%和29.4%~62.6%,其中,BAM5和BAM6间的同源性最高. This paper examined the homology of 9β-amylase genes(BAM1―BAM9) of Arabidopsis thaliana at the cDNA and protein levels,which were calculated by DNAMAN.It also investigated the codon usage bias of β-amylase genes in Arabidopsis thaliana characterized by the parameters GC content,GC content at each site of synonymous codon(GC1-3s) and the effective number of codon(Enc).The results showed that the homologies of 9 genes were obviously variable,ranging from 41.6% to 64.2% at the cDNA level and from 29.4% to 62.6% at the protein level,with BAM5 and BAM6 representing the highest homology.
