摘要
通过对铁路轴承淬火压床工作过程的分析,确定了以触摸屏与PLC通讯为控制方式的淬火压床控制系统的设计方案,并进行了硬件选型与控制程序设计.经过实际应用,控制系统提高了铁路轴承淬火压床的自动化性能,满足设计要求.
This thesis determined the design scheme of the control system of quench press for railway bearing based on the control of PLC and touch-screen, through analysis the workflow of quench press for railway bearing, the hardware selection and the design of control procedures are completed. By the practical application verified, the control system increased automatic performance of quench press for railway bearing. It can meet the design requirements.
