葡萄糖及乳糖对两歧双歧杆菌生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文研究了2种碳源——葡萄糖和乳糖对2株两歧双歧杆菌BB01及BB03生长的影响。结果表明:最适碳源因菌种而异,两歧双歧杆菌BB01的最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适添加量为1%,OD600可达1.181;两歧双歧杆菌BB03的最适碳源为乳糖,最适添加量为2%,OD600可达1.78。
