针对球磨机的具体情况,对其润滑系统及轴瓦工作温度测量进行了改造,构成了球磨机安全运行的监控系统。从而避免了烧瓦事故的发生,提高了生产效率,取得了很好的效果。
In accordance with the specific condition of Ball mill, Its lubricating system and temperature measuring are reconstructed and a monitoring and controlling system is made to ensure producing process sefaty. The accident that the axle bush was burnf away is averted, the efficiency production is increased and a good effect is obtained.
