摘要
为了解决鱼雷电机逆变系统高频化、大容量化带来的电磁干扰(EMI)问题,介绍了一种新型的直流环节并联谐振逆变器(PRDCLI)拓扑,阐述了其工作原理,重点分析了鱼雷电机逆变系统电磁干扰源和传播途径,提出了一种能有效降低EMI的控制策略,设计了EMI测试方案,对硬开关和软开关条件下的EMI频谱进行了对比,测试结果表明,采用软开关技术和优化的控制策略,能有效降低鱼雷电机逆变系统的EMI。
To solve the electromagnetic interference(EMI) problems of torpedo motor inverter produced by high power and high frequency,a new type of parallel resonant DC link inverter(PRDCLI) topology and control strategy are intro-duced,the principle is expounded.The EMI source and it′s propagation are discussed.Furthermore,a control strategy to reduce the EMI is presented,the EMI test scheme is designed,and the EMI spectrums under hard-switch and soft-switch are compared.Experimental results show that the adopting soft-switch technology and optimized control strategy can effectively reduce the EMI of torpedo motor inverter.
