脑卒中患者负性情绪及其相关因素的对照研究

A comprative study of negative emotion about factors between cerebral stroke and normal persons

目的:探讨负性情绪与脑卒中的病因相关因素。方法:对脑卒中组116例和正常对照组115例分别应用MMSE、SCL-90、HAMD、HAMA、LES及SSRS等量表进行调查并分析比较。结果:脑卒中组焦虑、抑郁、强迫、敌对、人际敏感、恐怖、偏执、躯体化等因子分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),在一年内的负性生活事件也明显高于对照组(P<0.01),社会支持度低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:脑卒中组的负性情绪、负性生活事件发生率高,缺乏社会支持可能是脑卒中发生、发展的危险因素。

Objective： To study etiological relation of negative emotion about factors and cerebral stroke. Methods ： 116 cerebral stroke patients and 115 normal persons were investigated with MMSE SCL - 90, HAMD, HAMA, LES, SSRS. Results： Compared normal group with cerebral stroke group, eerelral stroke patients got significant higher score in anxiety, depression, obsession,interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, phobia, paranoid, somatization （ P 〈 0.01 ） and more negative life events in a year（ P 〈 0.01 ）, as well as had significant lower score in social supports （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Negative emotioin,more negative life events and lacking social supports be high risk factors of cerebral stroke and make patients condition worsening.
