艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的对照研究

A comparative study of Escitalopram and Amitripline in the treatment of depression

目的:比较艾司西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效及副作用。方法:选择符合条件的住院及门诊患者80例,分成两组,每组40例,分别给予艾司西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗,疗程6周,于治疗前及治疗第1、2、4、6周末分别以HAMD、TESS评定疗效及副作用。结果:艾司西酞普兰抗抑郁作用快,其疗效与阿米替林相当,副作用轻。结论:艾司西酞普兰治疗抑郁症安全、有效,起效快、副作用轻。

Objective：To compare anti - depression effect and side effects between Escitalopram and Amitripline. Methods：Eighty participants were recruited from outpatient or inpatient department. They were evenly divided into two groups and accepted Escitalopram or Amitripline for 6 weeks. HAMD and TESS were used to evaluate treatment and side effect at 1,2,4, and 6 weeks after treatment beginning. Results ： Anti - depression effect of Escitalopram is equivalent to Amitripline but onset earlier. Escitalopram had fewer side effects than Amitripline. Conclusion：Escitalopram is effective in trea- ting depression,has fewer side effect and rapid effect onset.
