双环测力传感器弹性体面内一阶弯曲振动固频分析

摘要 双环测力传感器弹性体是一种新结构。与单环弹性体相比,在适当选取结构参数的条件下,其面内一阶弯曲振动固频可显著高于单环。从而可用于动态力的测量。本文给出双环弹性体固频计算的两个方法,实验结果表明,所给方法是实用的。 Double ring type load cell′s elastomer is a new type of structure. Compared with single ring type elastomer, under the condition of proper structural parameters, the first order natural frequency of in plane bending vibration of double ring type structure is apparently higher than that of single ring type structure. Therefore, it can be used for measurement of dynamic forces. Two methods of calculating the natural frequency of double ring type elastomer are presented in the paper. The result of experiment shows the practicability of these methods.
