摘要
本文采用有限元法及子结构技术,建立了某燃气轮机试验主设备工艺基架结构体系的力学模型,计算分析了各结构的静位移、静应力、固有特性、动态响应和动应力,并讨论了各主设备之间振动的相互影响。结果表明,工艺基架各结构有较好的静态和动态特性,其设计是合理的。本文得到的一些计算数据可供有关设计人员和试验人员参考。
By use of finite element and substructural analysis method, a mechanical model of the technologic baseframe of gas turbine test bed is established. The static displacement, the static stress, the natural characteristics, the dynamic response and the dynamic stress are calculated in detail. The mutual effects of vibration between the main equipments are discussed. The analysis shows that the static and dynamic characteristics of the technologic baseframe is satisfactory in the design and the structure design is reasonable.
