摘要
目的:对布洛芬片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂的溶出度进行快速测定并比较。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定。测定波长为222nm。溶出介质为pH7.2磷酸盐缓冲液。结果:布洛芬溶液在2.5~20μg/ml范围内,吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994。样品精密度试验RSD为1.17%,样品供试液在8h内稳定,片剂、胶囊及颗粒剂30分钟的溶出度均大于75%。结论:本方法快速、简单可靠,三种不同剂型的布洛芬制剂溶出度均符合中国药典要求。
Objective: Determine the dissolution of different Ibuprofen preparation formulation quickly. Methods: UV determination. Determination wavelength : 222 nm. pH 7.2 dissolution medium for PBS. Results: Ibuprofen in 2.5 - 20μg/ml solution, the degree of absorption and concentration was good linear relationship, r = 0. 9994. Test samples precision RSD 1.17%, the sample tests solution are stable in 8h. Conclusion:This method is simple, stable and reliable, specific and effective determination of Ibuprofen preparation formulation dissolution, the 3 batch preparation formulations are conforms to the pharmacopoeia's request.
