摘要
学习型社会中教师应改变传统角色。教师要成为成功的"学习者",将学习的成果惠及学生和教学;教师要成为"研究者",实现研究与教学互动共生;教师要成为"导学者",充分尊重学生的主体性,发挥其学习的主动性;在平等交流与对话中重构教学过程要求教师成为"合作者",而不是教学过程的独行者。只有教师自觉认识到角色转化的必要性和方向,才能将外在的要求内化为自我发展的内在职业理想,才能真正实现教师的专业化。
In the learning society,the teachers should change their traditional roles.They should become the successful "learners",and students will benefit from the achievement of their study.The teachers should become "researchers",in order to realize the interactive commensalismcolacobisis of the researching and teaching.To respect students' personality and bring the initiative studying sufficiently,the teachers should become "leaders ".Re-construction of the teaching process requires that the teachers become "cooperators" both in equally communication and conversation,not only being the lonely person.They should turn the external demands into their inherent self-development ideals occupation,in order to specialize the teachers' professionalization development really.
