摘要
从知识服务的概念、特征、当前党政机关决策信息获取的不足以及图书馆具有为领导决策服务的优势等方面加以论述，以沈阳市图书馆编辑了23年的《决策参考》为实例，阐释了图书馆拥有为党政机关决策提供知识服务的实践经验，并就图书馆在今后开展知识服务工作中应采取的措施加以分析。参考文献7。
This paper have addessed from the concept, feature of knowledge services, and the advantages of the library service for the Party and government. The author is taking the book of Decision - making Reference edited by Shenyang City Library as an example to interpret that the library could provide the knowledge services to the Party and government organs, as well as giving some advice on how to do it. 7 Refs.
