摘要
目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血清可溶性CD40配体(sCD40L)水平与单个核细胞核因子kappa B(NF-κB)活性变化及其相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定ACS组32例、稳定性心绞痛组20例及正常对照组20例外周血清sCD40L的浓度及外周血单个核细胞NF-κB的活性。结果 ACS组外周血清sCD40L的浓度及外周血单个核细胞NF-κB的活性均高于SAP组和正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACS组血清sCD40L水平与外周血单个核细胞NF-κB的活性呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论 CD40L可能通过促进NF-κB的活化而导致各种促动脉粥样硬化的细胞因子和趋化因子的生成,最终促使ACS的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum sCD40L level,nuclear factor kappa B activity in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and its correlation in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods Serum sCD40L level and NF-κB activity in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were determined by ELISA.Results The serum sCD40L concentration and NF-κB activity in mononuclear cells of peripheral blood in ACS group were higher than those in stable angina pectoris group and normal control group(P〈0.05).Serum sCD40L was significantly correlated with the activity of NF-κB in mononuclear cells of peripheral blood in ACS group(P〈0.01).Conclusion There is a correlation between serum sCD40L level and NF-κB activity in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of ACS patients.CD40L might contribute to the production of cytokines and chemokines by activating NF-κB,which ultimately results in atherosclerosis and acute coronary syndrome.
