摘要
以羧乙基苯基次膦酸、水合肼为原料,二甲苯为溶剂,合成膨胀型阻燃剂酰乙基苯基次膦酰肼,其最适宜的工艺条件为羧乙基苯基次膦酸与水合肼的物质的量比为1∶1,在140℃下回流反应6h,产品得率为99.5%,用红外、核磁、元素分析、DSC等技术确定产品的结构,并研究其在不饱和树脂中的阻燃性能.
An intumescent flame retardant,2-acyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acyl hydrazine,was synthesized by using 2-Carboxyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acid and hydrazine as raw materials.The optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of the 2-Carboxyl ethyl(phenyl) phosphinic acid and hydrazine was 1∶1;the reaction was carried out under reflux(140 ℃) for 6 h in xylene;and the yield was 99.5%.The structure of obtained product was determined by using the technique such as IR,H1 NMR spectra,CHONS and DSC.In addition,the flame retardance was tested in unsaturated resin.
